Business & Owned Media Marketing Strategy: Brovation

A Business and Communications Strategic Action Plan was created for the sustainable fashion brand Brovation. The brand is based in Frankfurt, Germany. The team from Glasgow Caledonian New York College’s Business Strategy course was approached to help with the revamping of the brand.

Objective: To provide strategic recommendations for the revamping of Brovation including owned media marketing and improving business output.

Deliverables: A Business Strategy Report and deck were presented in April 2022, after a 4-month period of analysis and development.

The Action Plan focused on 4 different areas:

  • Website modifications to improve visual identity and properly showcase sustainability.

  • Catering products to a wider audience using strategic partnerships and wholesale.

  • Expanding sustainable material use and supply chain traceability.

  • Adopting co-design techniques to increase consumer engagement and loyalty.

One of the opportunities identified during analysis is the income and credibility the brand can build through partnerships and community building. The action plan hence included a list of potential business partnerships with local universities, clubs, non-profit, and sustainability conferences which the brand can leverage to achieve increased brand awareness and financial capital.
